Gentlemen's Nite: Events by Showstoppers
Hot! Breezy! Cool! Combining these elements to create a sizzling nightclub environment truly stopped the show. Over 800 guests glided past a colonnade of palms, entering the multi-level club, sleekly furnished in white, subtly washed with red, for the evening’s festivities with a National recording artist at center stage.
Research was “key” to the success of this event. The clients design encompassed the natural surroundings and yet created an oasis in the desert. A relaxed environment arose without sacrificing the quality note that had been building up throughout the previous events this group had been a part of at their stay at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort.
Tri-Rentals assisted Events by Showstoppers with the challenge of elevated VIP areas that would accommodate several hundred people without taking away from the other guests’ concert experience. Having a rectangular space allowed for several options, which concluded with multi-level staging split across the room allowing for capacity & excellent site lines to the concert stage for all the guests.
Palm trees in white pots lined the entry while a break up pattern of white gobos glowed playfully on the red carpet. To eliminate any dead spaces oyster white voile, up lit with red floated between the trees. Tying the look together from the entry to the club scene, palm trees hugged the stage while white voile framed it.
Keeping with the client’s request for a lot of white, the Designer*8 furniture selected was white leather with sleek white tables. A lit circular bar in white, complete with company logo became the focal point of the room. Red accents punched in throughout the club. Red lighting washed across the ceiling bringing the red-hot nightclub to life with energy & electricity.
